Urethral Diverticulum

Hello, I am 63 yrs old and was recently diagnosed with urethral diverticulum.
Good news is I can empty my bladder completely and can tolerate the discomfort for the most part with estriol.
And everything else is normal.
The gyne I saw last week suggested I try Premarin cream for a week then 2x a week and referred me to a female urologist but I would need to have an MRI with contrast. Would love to hear from women who have had this although I am told it is quite rare. I was also told I was born with it, it would’ve been small but grew in last few years. I only take bioidentical creams and only started the estriol last summer. Thank you!
