Magnesium Glycinate Breastfeeding

Hello! I am sure this is fine, and possibly answered elsewhere but my searches aren't coming back with anything. Can I take the magnesium glycerinate and taurine while breastfeeding? She's already over 2yrs old. Also should the magnesium always be taken at nightime, but I can take taurine in the day? Thanks
