Cyproterone acetate

Hello!
Spiro doesn’t work for me.

While I take I have no periods at all. I took 200mg for two months, and I didn’t notice a difference.

I suffer from acne, Hirsutism, séborrhéa, and hair loss. All those has affected my mental health to the point that I don’t want to live anymore.

Should I start cyproterone acetate 10mg with bioidentical estradiol? (The combined pill with higher estrogen is not an option since I suffer also from melasma)

Please help me
