Endometriosis and conception after laparoscopy

I recently stumbled across your work on endometriosis. Thanks for explaining the pathology in such a clear way and offering helpful alternative treatments.

I am gearing up for a laparoscopy (excision) with the hopes that it will help me conceive. I am conflicted about doing just a lap or lap and suppression, which is recommended by my doc.

If you can speak to endometriosis and fertility generally, and also your thoughts on ways to prevent regrowth of Endo post-lap without use of synthetic progesterone, that would be greatly appreciated.
