Endometriosis & cell dysplasia

Hello,
Does anyone know if endometriosis can cause cell dysplasia in the uterus? Since endometriosis is often connected to inflammation and cell change can appear with weak immune system / infections, I was wondering if there are studies out there which analyse the connection? Or if bladder infections weakend from the endometriosis can cause a cell change in the uterus?
