I love your metabolism book! I read the part where you talk about just doing mainly walking and yoga. They are what I love too (and swimming, some
Pilates) but I always feel like I have to ‘do’ more for my insulin/muscles etc!
How do you gauge what’s enough? I am postpartum and breastfeeding and waking every 3/4 hours (for the past 10 months!) so it’s hard to know if more exercise is helping or hindering my metabolism!
