I am planning to get off my hormonal birth control pills at the beginning of the year (January 2023) after being on them for 13 years. I struggle terribly with cystic acne and hormonal migraines and these are my main concerns coming off the pill.
I am going to try the supplements suggested in "The Period Repair Manual" but my question is,how long do I take them for?And do I just stop them cold turkey once I feel my hormones are regulated?
List of supplements I plan to try:
FLO PMS (Chasteberry, vitamin B6, Dong Quai, lemon balm)
NAC
Zinc
Magnesium
DIM
Melatonin
Evening Primrose Oil
Milk Thistle
