I love the back section in this book that lists the brands of supplements. Thanks so much for that.
My main PMS/perimenopause issues are insomnia and sadness OR snappiness in my luteal phase.
I bought Cardio X magnesium which contains B6 in P5P form and have been feeling AMAZING since I have taken it.
From what I read in the book, I also need zinc and I bought Ethical Nutrients Mega Zinc, but this has B6 in pyridoxine form.
My big question is: for these 2 supplements, is there a better time of the month to take them?
I imagine the Zinc with the pyridoxine should not be taken every day, but would the Cardio X be okay to take all the time, considering it's B6 is in P5P form?
