I'm experiencing severe migraines for around 10-14days a month. After reading Lara's blog I've decided to try magnesium glycinate and taurine, and I'd love to get an idea of an approximate timescale.
Will the symptoms improve right away, or could it take a few months to know whether or not they're helping?
If the magnesium glycinate and taurine do improve my symptoms, how long would I need to take them for? Is it just to build up my body's magnesium and taurine levels or would it be longer term?
