Pregnancy and Fibroids

I've been taking Magnesium Glycinate 300mg and Zinc, 30mg, along with dietary changes for my period health and fibroids. Now that I'm pregnant, should I continue? Only take prenatal vitamins? Any recommendations for prenatal vitamins?
