Body odour and bad breath in menopause

I'm 55 now, having quite strong body odour and also bad breath since aprox. 2 years. What could be the reason?
I pay attention to healthy food and I do powertraining 2 times a week/aquagym once a week. I'm overweight (176cm/90kg) and unfortunately it's hard to change that.
