Depo Provera Injection

Hello, I am hoping I find some advise or guidance for my teenage daughter. When she was 15 she started treatment for cancer, while she received this treatment she was given the depo shot every 3 months, the last one being August 2022. It is now May, and she has had no sign or symptom of her period. Her periods were regular up until the cancer. When I speak to her specialist team they all look blank and say it will come, but it hasn't and no one seems to know any more information.
Her body has been through a lot including radiation treatment and surgery to store part of her ovary.
I appreciate any reading material or direction for how I can help her body recover.
