Breast cancer history during peri menopause

Hi Lara,

I’ve had stage 2 breast cancer back in 2016 and now in complete remission. Cancer Hormonal tests shows
Oestrogen +
Progesterone -
HER2 +
Was on tamoxifen for 5 years completed in 2021.

I’m in the throes of peri menopause now and like your advice on taking hormone replacement therapy ie transdermal patches and/or progesterone tablets?
GP wanted to put me on SSRI which I’m not keen on.
