Progesterone cream - skin pigmentation?

Hi have been trialing bio-identical progesterone cream for 3 months but have suddenly started getting symmetrical dark pigment patches on my skin (mostly below mouth and on my chin). It is the only change I have made and wonder if anyone else has experienced this using progesterone cream.
