Thickening of lining of uterus

I am 34 and I’m a Canadian who recently moved to Christchurch. A few months ago I was seen by a gyno for heavy bleeding, increased nausea, and acute uterus pain. Based on my symptoms, I had an ultrasound and it indicated that I had polyps and a thickening of the lining of the uterus. After knowing these facts, the gyno did a hysterscope and found that in fact I didn’t have polys but it appeared to be polypodol. She then requested for me to have a blood test done to understand my hormone levels and the results indicated that my progesterone and estrogen levels were normal. I continue to have the same symptoms as before and I’m not sure what other options I can explore to find treatment. Any recommendations would be most helpful.
