Mirena perimenopause and brown spotting after 1 year

I’m 48 and had a mirena inserted 1 year ago for flooding periods. I also take evorel 50 patches for menopause symptoms. I had a bit of spotting g for first few months then maybe a tiny spot 2 months ago. Sunday I started with brown spotting when wiping and it’s still present 5 days later. Only slight but I’m worried. Have terrible health anxiety about cervical cancer!!!
