I also really love eggs, cheese, avocados, and eat a lot of these as well :)

I must also say that vitex helped me significantly with my facial hirsutism though, and also improved my mood for sure: I'm much less moody now!! And I do sleep better.

Re: Weight Gain via HA Recovery

Have you checked your thyroid levels?

My female relative's experience showed that L-Tyrosine and L-AcetylCarnitine can help with getting that weight off, before your workouts. You can also supplement with Taurine.

Congratulations on recovering your period!!

However, during that time I kept exercising 4x / week (which yields to a maximum of 90 minutes moderate intensit...

Re: Hypothalamic amenorrhea and anemia. Low ferritin. Any connection?

Still no periods for 2 years, but I have done the labs bloodwork, and my Estradiol is 24 pn/ml (low), LH is 2, FSH is 6, progesterone is very low (~0.32), yet my ferritin is good now (90), and no inflammation has been detected. My testerone is 200, which I guess is quite a high level. And my AntiMul...

Hi Anna,

Did you find what was causing such high levels of prolactin for you?
