Hi!Desperate for acne help for 20 yo!

Hi! My sweet daughter is struggling with what we believe is PCOS (lean) based on high testosterone levels and cystic acne that is spreading by the day.(possible insulin resistance) She is so discouraged and upset and we can’t seem to find a doctor that can help us get to the root and prescribe natural treatments. She is very depressed (has other debilitating health issues) and I’m desperate for help! Thank you for providing this forum!
