Postpartum Inositol

Hi!

Before becoming pregnant, my doctor had determined that I have PCOS. I had success with the inositol in the 40:1 ratio, but stopped when I became pregnant. I was looking to start up again postpartum, but am a little fearful of extra weight gain. Can I gain weight with the 40:1 inositol combo? And if I do, might that mean something about the status of my PCOS?
