Fatigue in luteal phase
I tend to get very sleepy a few days after I ovulate. Wondering if there is things we can do to feel more energetic or if it’s just the phase we are in we need to relax a bit.

It's normal to experience changes in energy levels during different phases of the menstrual cycle.
Some things that could help improve this are - eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and protein; staying hydrated; getting regular exercise; managing stress; taking a break when you need it.
And as you already mentioned, it's important to listen to your body and give yourself permission to rest if you need it.
