Practitioner list?

I was wondering if there a list of aligned practitioners across the Australia-NZ region? I am trying to find a GP willing to prescribe microionized progesterone and having trouble, I think, maybe due to my age (43). I've just had an endometrial polyp removed, have flooding periods and would love to give progesterone a go. Currently I am being directed down the hormonal IUD path. I'm not against that, I'd just like to give some other options a go first. The biggest challenge is finding the right practitioner!
