Hi there! I am so fascinated by this episode. Normally US doctors throw a prescription of Provera (which I assume is a progestin) to induce a withdraw bleed. Personally Provera made me feel awful mentally and ruined my sleep so I tend to stay away from it. Although my Dr explained I have to have some sort of shedding every 3 months due to cancer risks.

But you explain prostrone cycling with natural progesterone. Is this prescription or something you can buy wherever? If you were to utilize this over time would it assist the body in doing this naturally by itself?
