Hello! 4th year medical student Auckland

Kia ora,

I am so happy to be part of this forum! I am a 4th year medical student (MBChB) in Auckland, NZ. Prior to returning to study medicine I worked as a journalist and in content marketing in NZ and London and I am in my 30s.

I am passionate about women's health which is what prompted me to return to study medicine. I am motivated to be able to offer the balanced care and guidance that I and so many of my peers sought from our medical doctors but unfortunately did not often receive. I intend to train in integrative medicine to be able to better support women and I am keen to broaden my understanding of health from the various modalities that can be used in unison to best support women.
