Hello! I'd love to get your thoughts on infrared sauna and peri symptoms especially hot flushes and night sweats. They're definitely gaining traction so wondering if there's any science or anecdotal evidence to support their usage? Love your book btw (Hormone Repair Manual) have bought it for a number of friends. Thank you!
