I am suffering from PCOS. But I do not understand what I am supposed to do to reduce sugar cravings and not have bloated tummy. I gained 10kg in 4 years. I was 62 and now I weigh 72kg. I am always fatigue and do not have all that energy levels. My period are regular but sometimes I miss one month in a year if I miss on folic acid and iron tabs. I really need help please.
