Vaginal bleeding during fertility window while on Progesterone Medication

I've been following you on social media, Spotify, and have read one of your books. I followed your advice in treating adenomyosis with progesterone. I consulted an OB GYN for my Adenomyosis by the way I am 31 y/o. The OB initially prescribed dinogest to stop my cycle and prevent the thickening of the adenomyosis and when I am ready to have a baby she will get me into fertility drug. But I convinced her to give me oral progesterone 200 mg. Since then I started taking it on the 1st and 2nd month of my menstruation along with supplements magnesium, b complex, zinc, I observed a light period with minimal to no pain at all during menstruation. But yesterday was my 1 1/2 month of taking progesterone and at the same time it was my 13th day of my cycle approaching ovulation. I am worried because I had light vaginal bleeding. Can you help me shed light on this matter? Am I taking progesterone longer than what is allowed? Should I rule out UTI? What do I need to do to be healthy and fertile because I wanted to have a baby but my husband is still working abroad. We just got married. Please help. Thank you.
