24 yo irregular cyc 3 yrs, fsh 14 estradiol 43 POI?

First time here so hope I’m doing this right. I will accompany my dtr to drs appt in 3 days as I’m concerned with dr’s request to see her after running blood work and abdominal ultrasound. Dr stated this might not be HA as previously thought and assuming it’s because of the numbers - fsh 14, estradiol 43, AMH 1.55, and LH 5.4. We’ve had 3 years of irregular cycles which we thought was brought on by clean eating, low carbs, runner - 2018 fsh 5.2 estradiol 70, 2019- fsh 11.7, LH 1.3, estradiol 32 - is this POI and does it mean no chance of future pregnancy? Very scared for her. Any help appreciated.

Sorry for my slow response. To me, an FSH of 14 does not mean POI.
The low LH to FSH is consistent with HA.

Really appreciate your feedback. Gynecologist referred us to specialist to discuss egg freezing due to very low AMH 1.55. We are not sure what to think of all this. In addition, blood work showed very high ANA 1:1280. Thank you for your time.

Hi I was wondering if I might ask one additional question re my 24 yo dtr’s situation with amennorhea(periods go missing 3-4 months at a time), FSH 14.7, Estradiol 41 and AMH 1.55 - is it possible for it to still be HA with a ovarian reserve that low of 1.55? Thank you.
