recurrent ovarian cysts

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone has advice for dealing with recurrent ovarian cysts. I do not have PCOS, but in the past year or so have had about 5 cyst ruptures. My cycle is normal unless I have a cyst, in which case my period is late. I cannot be on birth control & this is the only thing doctors have recommended to me. I’m looking for an herbal remedy — has anyone had any luck in dealing with cysts herbally, or with other alternative healing methods? Any advice would be much appreciated!
