PMDD is ruining my life!

Hello, my name is Beck. I'm having an incredibly difficult time getting any advise or help with PMDD. I suffer badly from it and have worked with my gyno and Dr for solutions for the last 3 years. The only thing that has worked is stopping me ovulating at all using the contraceptive pill. I'm turning 46 soon and really want to get off the pill and Zoloft (which is the only other solution offered) before I head into menopause, but I'm terrified of going back to living with PMDD. Is there light anyone could shed on the situation for me? I'd be eternally grateful!!
