Issues when using projesterone

Hello!

I have a question about using projesterone that I haven’t been able to find the answer to for years! I have had my hormones tested several times via dutch test and saliva testing. I am low in projesterone, high in testosterone, pretty high in estrogen and have polycystic ovaries. I tried projesterone cream a couple of years ago. I did it properly. Got so much worse! I stuck with it to see if they would get better after a while and 6 months later they did not. Everything got much worse. I tried again a year ago and the same thing happened! Im really wanting to try it again because i know im super low in projesterone! Why is this happening? Any insight on why things get worse for me would be really helpful! I believe i have inflammatory pcos. I do not have insulin resistance. Thanks
