When to increase Estradot

Hi, I have been taking estradot since Nov and latest dose is 50mg but I found that recently the nightmare fatigue is back along with trouble sleeping and also the night sweats some nights too. Wake up with large bags under my eyes every day. So I decided to take another half so cut the 50mg patch in half and have put that on. Is that wise, GP appointment not till next week but rather desperate.
