Breast changes on combined Estradiol patches and Utrogestan

I’m 47 and perimenopausal. I have recently started Estradiol patches and Utrogestan - less than a month ago - and I already have significant breast swellings and noticeable increase in breast size. I had a breast reduction 4 years ago and my breasts are returning to being lumpy, painful and dense since starting HRT. I’ve read this increase in breast size could be permanent. I asked my doctor about progesterone only but he said this is not best practice. I have your Hormone Repair manual and have read the articles but can’t see exactly which one to take along as I don’t have hot flushes or night sweats (just everything else). The breast changes are not great and I do not want to risk permanent breast enlargement by continuing yet have perimenopausal symptoms to address such as sleep issues, mood swings, low libido, migraines etc.. which appear to have eased in only a few weeks. Advice please. I am seeing my doctor in a couple of weeks to discuss how the HRT is going.
