Trying out Peony and Licorice Combination - dosage?

Hello there!

I was diagnosed with PCOS a number of years ago through blood tests, ultra sound and symptoms (very irregular cycles, mild hirsutism and acne) After reading "The Period Repair Manual", I am pretty certain I have adrenal PCOS with potentially mild insulin resistance (although I am of healthy weight).

I have decided to try out the T-clear supplement by Metagenics (Licorice and Peony) as suggested in the book and I'm just curious to know what dosing I should have? On the label it suggests for Acute: 2 tablets, twice daily and Maintenance: 2 tablets, once daily.
