PCOS and pregnant

Hi!

So I have PCOS and was doing cyclic progesterone, I just took a pregnancy test and it was positive. So I just want to ask what I should say to my OB, should I continue taking the progesterone? How long and what dose? Also, what are some other supplements that I should take during pregnancy? Any guidance is much appreciated!
