Adrenal PCOS and estrogen excess?

Hi! Had a Dutch test done a few months back. My estrogen was high, out of range. My progesterone was within range, testosterone within range but my TOTAL DHEA production was out of range, high end. My androsterone, etiocholanolone, 5a-DHT, 5a-androstanediol, and 5b-androstanediol were above range. I was told I have adrenal fatigue. Is there any relationship between adrenal pcos and excess estrogen??

Would be interested to hear on this too! I had my Dutch test done earlier this year and had pretty similar results, except 5a and 5b- androstanediol were still within range but on a higher end. Tried everything from keto to fasting, and supplements and nothing seems to be working!
