Elevated Prolactin only in the morning

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone could advise on elevated prolactin only when measured by a morning blood test?

For example:
2pm blood test: 211 mU/L
8am blood test: 722 mU/L

8am blood test: 1172 mU/L (3 months prior)
8am blood test: 721 mU/L (6 months prior)

Should the overall result/conclusion be taken from the earlier or later blood test?
