Myo inositol vs myo inositol and d chiro

Post by Kep1 »

Hello,
I’m brand new to the forum so not sure I’m posting in the right area. Anyways is it better to take myo inositol? Or the myo inositol and d chiro combination? I’ve had blood work done while fasting, my glucose, A1c, and insulin are all normal. But I still would like to try the supplement to balance my hormones. I’m not overweight. My pcos symptoms are lack of ovulation/no period, slight hairiness (only on arms and legs), bad anxiety. I already take omega 3, magnesium, prenatal (trying to get pregnant). So was looking at inositol. Is it still beneficial to take it? My dheas are high, and my free and total testosterone are slightly elevated. Thyroid levels are normal. Thank you :)
