I am in desperate need of advice. I’m 15 months postpartum with my 3rd child, still breastfeeding my son throughout the day and night (basically every 3 hrs round the clock). I’ve always had the normal postpartum night sweats for a few weeks after giving birth but this time, they came back a few months later!
I sweat through shirts multiple times per night. Some nights it’s not so bad but more often than not, I’m soaked during the night. It’s been going on for probably 6 months now. Do you have any insight on this? I’m so sick of it! (I’m 30 years old, I exercise and am active, eat pretty well/low processed foods and sugar, not overweight or too thin, had my thyroid checked before I got pregnant with my 3rd baby).
