I would like to know what blood test are recommended with PDMM. I have a 28 days cycle, Im in my 42.
I have tested LHS 10,7 mUI/mL, LH 3,84 mIU/mL ( 4th day ) , beta estradiol 17 ( 4th day ) 75 pg/mL, progesterone 23,92 µg/L
Choresteraol Colesterol HDL 71 mg/dL, Colesterol LDL 122 mg/dL
deficiency in iron and vitaminD ( im taking more sun and more red meat)
I know it has no sense testing Magnesium because it is necesary a special test for magnesium in erythrocithes.
I think I have histamine high , my libido is so high, Im in my 42. I think my body not elimate good estrogens, I do sport regularly, eat a lot of leaf organic veggies,..
I have a low diet histamine ,
Iam wondering if consuming :2 avocados per months, 800 gr some kefir goat , maybe 2 glasses of wine per month , 3 cacaos glass ( 6 spoons cacao ) per week does contains too much histamines
