Hi Lara,
I've just finished re-reading the Period Repair Manual. A question about the dosage of PCO Support by Mediherb.. do you find the dosage on the bottle of 1 tablet three times daily is effective? Or do you tend to use a different dosage? I'm trying this instead of liquid herbs as I have been taking.
