Acné and isotretinoína

Hi Lara! Mi name is Marión, from Argentina. Sorry mi English is not so good.
I write you because Im fascinated by you book “Period Repair Manual”.

I left the pills in 10/2022. Since Im with acné homonal, not much. I visited doctors but they gave me isotretinoína. I dont want to take that remedy. So I read your book and now Im with zinc and reishi. Hope that someday the acné will disappear.

I would like to know if you can tell me wich are the long terms effects of take isotretinoína. I thinks that affect the liver. In your book I read that it modify the ADN. I dont know why is the only treatment thats doctors give.
