Lowest safe dosage of Progesterone

Will you please let me know what the lowest dose of micronized Progesterone is allowed with Estrogen to protect ovaries? I tried 200mg and 100mg and both constipated me and eventually made me sleepless. They both provided great sleep in the beginning. I did everything properly to combat the constipation. I am very healthy and movements are normally like clock work. The lowest dose I can find in US is 100mg daily. The progestin doesn't constipated me but also doesn't help sleep. Suggestions?
