Hysterectomy for adenomyosis help histamine intolerance

Working with someone who has adenomyosis and HIT and has not done well on Miren coil. Have suggested utrogestan as mentioned in book. They are considering a hysterectomy (keeping ovaries), will this help with any of their histamine issues if they are still having high oestrogen or will the loss of adenomyosis growth be enough to support immune regulation and be beneficial? (already supporting gut health, liver etc.). Have not been able to have DUTCH test yet due to cycle irregularities.
