Hi everyone! I have a question about supplements and results.
I have inflammatory PCOS and i just started taking:
Insolitol
Berberine
NAC
Magnesium
Vitamin D
Fish oil
Also drinking spearmint tea and rose hip tea periodically. I just started this regimin and am starting to go GF/DF. When will i start to see weight loss results and less symptoms of my PCOS? And is there anything i should add?
